For years, I’ve dreamed of building a space where other homeschool parents, busy moms, and wellness seekers could find relatable advice, time-saving solutions, and encouragement. Through my blog, YouTube channel, and Amazon storefront, I share my favorite products, creative ideas, and holistic living tips — all tested and loved in my own home.

In 2008, craving adventure, I packed my bags and headed to the Dominican Republic — and that’s where I met my Prince Charming, now husband, Mr. Leonor. It was a whirlwind romance straight out of a movie (and yes, if you’re a 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way fan… that was basically me!).

By 2011, we were married in the Dominican Republic and ready to start our life together. We welcomed our first daughter, Leila, and fast forward to 2020 — in the middle of a pandemic — we embraced homeschooling and added our sweet Rosa to the family (yes, our pandemic baby!). Shortly after came Nova, our emotional support husky, and in 2022, we were blessed with our son, Julian, born at home through a Vaginal Home Birth after Two Cesareans (VHBA2C) — an experience I will cherish forever.

When people ask, “So what do you do to support your family?”, the answer is a mix of passion and purpose. My husband is a talented computer and printer specialist, and after 20 years in corporate America, I knew it was time to leave the rat race. I wanted the freedom to spend more time with my family and create work that was both meaningful and flexible.

That leap led to the creation of Work Life Balanced in 2016 — my boutique virtual assistant firm helping entrepreneurs and executives run their businesses with ease. Then, in 2023, I launched The Artisan Laboratory (TALCo), my online holistic wellness apothecary, blending my love for herbal remedies, natural living, and empowering others to take charge of their well-being.

Now, through MrsAliLeonor.com, I’m weaving all these passions together — sharing our family’s homeschool journey, natural living tips, and the lessons I’ve learned about building a life rooted in intention, balance, and joy.

Now, as I balance running my businesses, homeschooling three amazing kids, supporting my husband, and managing our home, I’m passionate about sharing the systems, tools, and inspiration that help me make it all work.

I’ve always loved being creative and finding ways to channel my artistic energy.
